Trusts and Estates Mediation

At Finch Montgomery Wright we offer mediation as an alternative to tradtional litigation for people seeking to resolve a trust and estates dispute. Going to court to contest a will, or resolve an issue raised during a trust administration, can be stressful, costly, and put an enormous strain on family relationships.

Working with a probate lawyer that's also trained in mediation techniques takes that pressure off and gives the parties a forum to resolve their dispute together. Working collaboratively in an environment of mutual respect and trust makes things easier for everyone, and we do our best to facilitate that process. Our model requires that all parties meet together in the same room and work together to both determine the process and the outcome of the dispute. As mediator, Liza Hanks doesn't represent either party, instead her job is to protect the process and provide a forum for each party to be heard.

Whether you are dealing with a contested Will or need help with trust administration, we're here to help.
